Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our first goal. We accept any returns or exchanges on any merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging and accessories within 30 days of delivery of shipment. LuckyBowler.com can not be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to us from a customer. For this reason, please be sure to use a shipping method for your return that has tracking.
RETURN POLICY- Merchandise must be in NEW condition along with all the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- The customer will receive a full refund including the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
- If your return is NOT due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee from your refund.
- Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
- You will receive a refund within 7-10 business days of our receiving your return.
- Merchandise must be unused/undrilled, and in the same condition it was shipped to you.
- The RMA form printed from our website for your return must be returned with the merchandise.
- We can not accept returns of discontinued or closeout merchandise.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Merchandise must be in NEW condition along with all the original packaging.
- Merchandise to be returned must be shipped in a protective box in addition to the manufacturer's packaging.
- Shipping is paid for by LuckyBowler.com if the exchange is a result of our error on our part.
- If your exchange is NOT due to our error, a shipping charge will applied to the customer for reshipping the merchandise.
- The RMA form printed from our website for your return must be returned with the merchandise.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
If you ordered personalized product we are sorry but we can not offer you a return or exchange unless the product was defective. All sales are final on personalized products.
